Welcome to Mount Sinai Lacrosse on the web

Mount Sinai Lacrosse has a goal to introduce Mount Sinai athletes to the fastest game on two feet.  At the same time we strive to make each participant a better lacrosse player, as well as build their confidence on and off the field.  The high standards we set for ourselves, as mentors will hopefully help establish great habits in behavior on and off the field for all our Mount Sinai players.

We offer three individual seasons for both the boys and girls programs.  The primary season for lacrosse is the spring season typically starting in early March and concluding Late May.  Starting in June the High School players can participate in a summer program which consists of team practices and participation in the Town of Brookhaven summer league and or a tournament or two.  The summer season starts in early June and ends late July.  The third season, which really prepares the athletes for the spring and summer seasons is our winter session.   This winter session is clinic style practices held at an indoor facility and typically starts in Early December and continues until late February.  During this time we hold open stick skills clinics in the school gyms for all to attend.
